This week, we sat down with a CEO, platform builder, and creator economy advocate to talk about ownership, scalable growth, and why the future of the creator economy belongs to those who own their audience, their data, and their revenue.

FEATURED CREATOR LEADER OF THE WEEK
Allison Yazdian
CEO of Uscreen ∙@allison.yaz
Before most platforms gave creators a way to truly own their business, Allison Yazdian was already building the infrastructure for it. As CEO of Uscreen, she’s helping thousands of creators launch scalable membership businesses with white-labeled apps, video monetization tools, and the kind of long-term growth strategy the industry rarely hands you. For Allison, the creator economy isn’t just about content, it’s about ownership, and she’s built a platform to prove it.

"Stay curious—it will open more doors than you expect.”
Tell us about yourself and what you do in the creator economy?
I’m the CEO of Uscreen, helping thousands of creators build scalable membership businesses with white-labeled apps, video monetization tools, and a platform designed for long-term growth.
What’s a career moment that changed everything for you?
Attending the 2024 White House Creator Economy Conference changed everything—it revealed how deeply collaborative this creator community is, with leaders genuinely supporting each other. It’s a true rising-tide industry.
What’s one thing the industry gets wrong about women in this space?
The industry still boxes women into “lifestyle” or hobby creators—but many are building serious businesses across industries, driving real revenue, and leading at scale.
What advice would you give to a woman just starting out?
Believe in yourself early. Invest in your skills, your growth, and your relationships—those three things compound faster than anything else.

We’re focused on helping creators at every stage build real, scalable businesses—owning their audience, data, and revenue. I’m especially excited about our investments to help them grow and monetize faster.
